Simon is one of a kind, created as part of the Teslin Lake Stick People Series, 2024. He is made from shoreline driftwood, reclaimed fabrics and stuffed with futon cotton. Hand stitched as the light returned this spring to my off grid home, he represents the calm renewal each year of the seasons. He mounts easily, using a thumb tack and the leather tab sewn to his back. He stands 14.5”.
